By using ASCIIART.PRO, you agree to use the service lawfully and to respect the rights of other people.
Your inputs
You must have the right to use any image, text or other material you process. You remain responsible for your inputs and generated output.
Permitted use
You may use output generated from your own lawful inputs for personal or commercial projects. This permission does not grant rights in third-party trademarks, copyrighted characters or other protected material contained in your input.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, harass people or generate unlawful content.
Enforcement, suspension and termination
If you violate these terms, we may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend or terminate your access, cancel an affected transaction or refuse future service. The action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation and any applicable legal requirements.
Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination. You remain responsible for losses, claims or costs caused by your breach. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy.
Availability
The service is provided as available and may change, pause or discontinue. We do not guarantee that every font, terminal or application will render character art identically.
Current custom services
The ASCII Brand Pack is $49 for one accepted static visual theme, three agreed variants and one consolidated revision. The ASCII Brand Partner plan is $79 per billing month for two accepted themes, completed one at a time, with three agreed variants and one consolidated revision per theme. Editable source and agreed export files are included. Animation, original mascot illustration and application integration are outside this scope unless separately agreed in writing.
A submitted brief is a request, not an accepted order. We confirm the exact deliverables, lawful inputs, availability and delivery date in writing before providing Waffo payment instructions. Monthly themes apply only to the paid billing period, do not roll over and are not an unlimited design service.
Current subscriptions and cancellation
ASCII Brand Partner renews monthly. You may cancel before the next billing date using the method in the Waffo receipt or by emailing hello@asciiart.pro from the purchase email. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not remove access to final files already delivered or an accepted obligation for the current paid period.
Earlier paid offers
New enrollment in the ASCII Creator Launch Pack and Founding Creator Club remains closed. Existing customers retain the scope, price, billing and delivery terms accepted at purchase. A waitlist submission is not a purchase and no payment is taken by a waitlist form.
Legacy purchases and delivery
Waffo.com Limited processed these purchases as merchant of record. For purchases completed before closure, ASCIIART.PRO will honor the offer presented at purchase. Customers should email the complete brief from the Waffo purchase email. If we cannot fulfill the accepted scope, we will offer an appropriate correction, revised delivery arrangement or refund, subject to applicable law.
Legacy subscriptions and cancellation
Existing Founding Creator Club memberships continue at the price and benefits accepted at purchase until canceled. Closing new enrollment does not reduce an already-paid period. To stop future renewals, use any cancellation method shown in the Waffo receipt or email hello@asciiart.pro from the purchase email before the next billing date.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASCIIART.PRO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
